The site describes the materials we deal in and how we work. It is general information. Descriptions and specifications are indicative: scrap varies from lot to lot, and we confirm grade, contamination and recovery on inspection.

Nothing on the site is an offer to buy or sell, or a promise that a material is available. The rates at the top of each page are a guide, explained below. Industry figures are quoted from the source named beside them and describe aluminium in general, not our own operations.

The rates at the top of each page are indicative, in rupees per kilogram, for the grades named, on the date shown beside them. They are a guide to the market on that day, not an offer or a quote, and they can change during the day. The price for a lot depends on its grade, contamination, quantity and location. It is agreed in writing after grading and weighing, as set out below, and those written terms say what the price includes.

No contract is made through this website. Each lot is agreed with us directly: grade, weight, price, delivery and payment are confirmed in writing (a quote, purchase order, invoice or message) before anything moves, and the weighment slip records the weight. Those written terms govern that lot, and where they differ from these terms, the written terms apply. See also refunds and cancellations.

The enquiry form and our WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, a service of Meta; email links open your own email app. Those services are subject to their providers’ terms. An enquiry is not an order: nothing is binding until both sides have confirmed the terms in writing. How we handle the details you send is set out in our privacy policy.

The text, design, brand art and logo on this site belong to Rounaq Enterprises or are used with permission. You may view, print and share pages for your own reference, but not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Names of other companies and organisations on this site are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to identify those companies and to record work we have done, not to suggest that they endorse us.

Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp and other sites are there for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

Please do not misuse the site: do not try to break or overload it, gain access to parts of it you are not meant to reach, or use it to send unlawful or misleading material.

We take care to keep the site accurate and working, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise that it will always be available, complete or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by relying on the site instead of the written terms of a trade. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
